Lol its the refresh rate, thats what happens when you film a monitor. try filming your old crt or your TV. You dont actually see that with a naked eye tho.I had to thumbs down your comment for its sheers stupidity <3

its the cameras fram rate doesnt mach the SHOWs frame rate. the line isnt actually there.
