Actually it is a great pedal for this kind of stuff. In my opinion, this thing produces very nice "old school" (in best sense) metal sound. With just right amount of "modern" added to it

Greast playing man, and I really like the sound of the demonizer, it would be great if u did a demo of it. Is it gainy enough to play all dream theater songs?

Thanks!I like the sound.. its kinda Marshall meets Mesa. Thick sound. There is not insane amount of gain in this pedal though. So if you are into black metall or something this pre is probably not for you. Doesn't have a clean chanel, just bypass. So far I was able to get any sound I wanted from this device. Direct output is realy good.

awesome sound! would you recommend the Demonizer? Do you get a good crunch out of it and do the lows sound very very low and crunchy?

Hey dude. What model number Washburn MG is that? I have an MG94(white) and a MG30(dark sunburst). Yours is awesome. Love the color and the sound you are getting. Washburns RULE. The name on the headstock says it all. Real guitars for real players. Wish the still made MGs though. I think Washburn stopped in 1997.
