http://www.tweaktown.com In our first batch of pre-Computex Taipei 2010 coverage this week, we visited ASRock who had some pretty cool new stuff on display that it will show at the big Asian IT show next week.First up we got a look at the ASRock Vision 3D HTPC, a brand new home theater computer from ASRock. In the past we have tested very impressive nettops from ASRock based on Intel's Atom processor and NVIDIA Ion technology. This new HD nettop as we may have just coined, comes with a desktop class motherboard chipset as well as super high-end Intel Core mobile processor. It's clearly designed to be more than just a basic nettop system with four USB 3.0 ports, HDMI 1.4 port, dual-link DVI, 7.1 audio and even bitstreaming support for DTS-HD MA and Dolby TrueHD via its included slot loading Blu-ray ROM optical drive. It also features a new and improved solid and stylish looking aluminimum design and is around the same length as the previous nettops from ASRock, although it sits a little taller. @urendanger yes you are right - but if asrock is selling this as a htpc it should have a tuner in it already

It's alumINIUM, not aluminum. Don't believe the Americans.

my ear bleeds.......however hm55 is actually a downgrade version of h55 southbridge. like nehalem family they integrated north bridge and pcie controller inside the processor and they adapt on ddr3 rather than low latency ddr2...plus gpu die pack beside of processor die in the same package..anyway it sucks...better stick with lga775....
