How do you install the MythTV app, I'm running Ubuntu 10.10 and got a USB TV Tuner and a few people said to get MythTV and it should work. I downloaded it but not sure how to compile it.

My TV is set to 720p (1280x720) and I didnt change any video card settings besides installing the restricted Nvidia driver. The card is a Nvidia GT 9500. The TV is connected with a DVI cable to the video card.
