i need to change the speaker in my blues deluxe reissue, i was thinking a lynchback or a greenback, help me please, i generally like a good fuzzy tone

Actually the 70/80 isn't as bad as this video makes it seem. I have them loaded in the top half (open half) of my 90s Mesa half back and they sound just as good if not better than the vintage 30s in the lower half. From what I've heard though, they ONLY sound good in an open back.
riccardosolimena (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
the best two are the vintage 30 and the greenback, also the G12 30W is very good
hawg427 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
What is the difference between the Greenback and the G12 Greenback?
frankie28web (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
@DanielSBoothe all right, let's forget our little arguing. my response wasn't ok either. after all this is just about speakers. peace!

@frankie28 alright I guess I owe you an apology. I let your first comment offend me which was pathetic. Calling you a troll was pretty trollish of me. |
